Hugo Broos has named a 23-man squad for Bafana Bafana’s upcoming international friendlies against Panama, set to be played later this month in Durban and Cape Town.
The fixtures mark Bafana’s return to action following their last outing at the Africa Cup of Nations, where they suffered a defeat to Cameroon.
Broos has blended fresh talent with experienced campaigners in his selection. Among the notable inclusions is Germany-based midfielder Ime Ikon, who earns recognition for his performances abroad. Goalkeeper Renaldo Leaner is also part of the squad, alongside the returning Jayden Adams.
The squad is further strengthened by the presence of seasoned internationals Themba Zwane, Thapelo Maseko, and Bongokuhle Hlongwane, offering a balance of creativity, pace, and experience.
